These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 333beet platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who interacts with any 333beet service, promotional communication, or affiliated page. Access to and use of the 333beet platform is conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms.

By completing the registration process — including ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up — you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law; (c) you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety; and (d) all information you provide to 333beet during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and current.

333beet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice beyond publishing the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Material changes that affect existing player rights will be communicated via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification where practicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 333beet to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Registration on 333beet is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account's active status:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 333beet enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately suspended and any winnings will be forfeited.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 333beet or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 333beet account. Only one account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. This information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to your first withdrawal.

333beet reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or request additional verification documents at any stage if there is reasonable suspicion that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. Players who provide false information during registration forfeit any balance held in the relevant account.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 333beet requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months for proof of address. Documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed photographs or scans. 333beet aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission during standard business hours (08:00–20:00 BST).

333beet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated at the point of the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified 333beet account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus, which matches a percentage of the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and qualifying minimum deposit for each welcome bonus offer are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of offer. Players who do not wish to claim the welcome bonus may opt out during the deposit process.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued to the player's bonus wallet and are separate from their real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are removed automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time. Players cannot stack multiple active bonuses simultaneously.
• 333beet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time for operational, legal, or compliance reasons.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.
• Bonuses apply only to real-money wagers. Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward VIP or loyalty programme accrual unless otherwise stated.

Reload and Seasonal Promotions

333beet regularly publishes reload bonuses, free spin offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns — particularly during BPL season, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each such promotion carries its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit threshold, bonus percentage, and wagering requirement, all of which are published on the respective promotion page. 333beet is not obligated to offer any specific promotion to any specific player and retains full discretion over promotion eligibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333beet platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of relevant bets and winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 333beet account in any name, combination of personal details, or using shared devices or IP addresses to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus mechanics through low-risk or hedged wagering strategies, coordinated play, or collusion with other players to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of match outcomes, participating in or facilitating match-fixing, or communicating with match officials, players, or coaches in connection with betting activity.
• Use of automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted automated betting systems, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform faster than humanly possible or to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment accounts; initiating chargebacks on valid deposits; or providing false bank or mobile wallet details.
• Money laundering: Using 333beet as a vehicle for depositing and withdrawing funds for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming activity. 333beet is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious financial activity and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating or encouraging underage access by any means.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward 333beet staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

333beet reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Decisions made under this clause are final and not subject to appeal through standard support channels, though formal disputes may be submitted to [email protected] in writing for review by senior management.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333beet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and game provider partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the 333beet platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or communications line failure affecting the platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill resulting from your use of the platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account by a third party where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any third-party content, software, or services integrated into or accessible via the 333beet platform, including live casino streams and game provider RNG systems
• Any bet settlement decision made in accordance with these Terms and the applicable betting rules for the relevant market or game

333beet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The 333beet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333beet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online betting and gaming service for adults aged 18 and above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
